Section 7
The Majlis may, with the approval of the Minister and upon such terms and conditions as may be determined by him, borrow such sums as it may require for the purposes of meeting any of its obligations or discharging any of its functions under this Ordinance.

(2)
Sums borrowed by virtue of this section shall be paid into a separate account of the Baitulmal.
