Section 43
There shall be established, for the purpose of this
Ordinance, a Lembaga Baitulmal dan Wakaf which shall consist of not less than four members, including the Chairman, but not more than eight other members who shall be appointed by the Yang di-Pertua Negeri, on the recommendation of the Majlis, for such period as may be prescribed.
(2)
It shall be the responsibility of the Lembaga Baitulmal dan
Wakaf, for and on behalf of the Majlis⎯
(a)
to collect and manage the collection of contributions to the Baitulmal in accordance with this Part; and
(b)
to apply or distribute the income of a wakaf khas to persons or for purposes prescribed in the wakaf.
