Section 72

The annual balance sheet, income and expenditure account and list of investments shall, prior to the issue thereof, be audited annually and duly certified by the Auditor-General or an officer authorized by the Auditor-General. A copy of the auditor’s certificate shall be annexed to all copies of the report and accounts as issued.
