Section 77
The Corporation may make regulations in respect of the determination of first levies and annual levies including—
(a)
the establishment of a system for classifying insurer members in different categories; and
(b)
the criteria or factors to be taken into account and the procedures to be followed by the Corporation in determining the category in which an insurer member is classified.
