of MALAYSIA DEPOSIT INSURANCE CORPORATION (AMENDMENT) ACT 2016
Section 2a
(a)
set out the consideration, if any;
(b)
set out the compensation, if any; and
(c)
specify that a transferor or a person whose rights are extinguished under paragraph 128b(7)(b), as the case may be, may within twenty-one days from the date of publication of the notice, apply in writing to the
Corporation requesting a review by the Assessor
Committee of the reasonableness of the consideration or the compensation.
(2)
An application under subsubparagraph (1)(c) shall be in such form as determined by the Corporation.”;
(d)
in subparagraph 3(1), by inserting after the words
“ s u b s u b p a r a g r a p h 2 ( 2 ) ( b ) ” t h e w o r d s “ o r subsubparagraph 2a(1)(c)”;
(e)
in paragraph 4—
(i)
in the shoulder note, by inserting after the words “Assessor Committee” the words
“in respect of the review of the transacted price”;
(ii)
in subparagraph (1), by inserting after the words
“subparagraph 3(1)” the words “in respect of a review of the reasonableness of the transacted price”; and
(iii)
in subparagraphs (7) and (8) in the national language text, by substituting for the words
“Jawatankuasa itu” the words “Jawatankuasa
Pentaksir itu”; and

by inserting after paragraph 4 the following paragraph:
