Amendment of section 202
Subsection 202(1) of the principal Act is amended by substituting for the words “Banking and Financial Institutions
Act 1989, the Islamic Banking Act 1983, the Insurance Act 1996
or the Takaful Act 1984” the words “Financial Services Act 2013
or the Islamic Financial Services Act 2013”.
