Assignment of licence

Section 11
(1)
A licensee shall not assign any right, duty, liability or obligation under his licence to another person.
(2)
A licensee who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding two hundred and fifty thousand ringgit or imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years or to both.
