Section 9
(1)
A licensee shall exhibit his licence at all times at a conspicuous place at the premises where the business is carried out and shall produce such licence if required to do so by the licensing authority or any enforcement officer.
(2)
A licensee who fails to exhibit or to produce his licence under subsection (1) commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding ten thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months or to both.
