Section 24

Without prejudice to subsection 20(2) and section 21, any fuel, conveyance, machinery, contrivance, equipment, book, record, document or other article that an enforcement officer reasonably suspects has been used or will be used in the commission of any offence under this Act may be seized and detained by the enforcement officer.
