Section 35
An enforcement officer may seek the assistance of any person to examine any fuel or the proceeds of sale thereof, or any conveyance, machinery, contrivance, equipment, book, record, document or other article, seized or detained under this Act if such person has the necessary qualification to examine such fuel or the proceeds of sale thereof, or any conveyance, machinery, contrivance, equipment, book, record, document or other article for the purposes of an investigation under this Act.
