Section 70
(1)
The Minister may by order published in the Gazette exempt any person or class of persons or any activity in the pepper industry or any pepper or pepper product or other thing from all or any of the provisions of this Act.
(2)
The Minister may impose any terms and conditions as he thinks fit on any exemption under subsection (1).
