Section 4
(1)
This Act shall be read together with any other written laws relating to space related activities, including written laws relating to civil aviation, communications and multimedia, and strategic trade and the provisions of this Act shall be in addition to, and not in derogation of, the provisions of such other written laws.
(2)
Where such other written laws referred to in subsection (1)
contain any provision relating to space related activities regulated under this Act, the provisions of this Act shall prevail and the provisions of such other written laws shall be deemed to be superseded.
