Section 41
(1)
Any person who discovers any object which he has reason to believe to be a space object or an object which originated from space, or any person whom he has reason to believe to be a personnel or passenger of a spacecraft, shall notify the Space
Regulator or any authorized officer of discovery.

(2)
Any person who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable—
(a)
where such person is an individual, to a fine not exceeding five thousand ringgit; or
(b)
where such person is a body corporate, to a fine not exceeding ten thousand ringgit.
