Section 43
(1)
A licensee, launch permit holder or launch certificate holder shall immediately notify the Space Regulator of any incident or accident in respect of a space object or launch facility to which the licence, launch permit or launch certificate granted relates.
(2)
Any person who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable—
(a)
where such person is an individual, to a fine not exceeding twenty-five thousand ringgit; or
(b)
where such person is a body corporate, to a fine not exceeding fifty thousand ringgit.
