Section 3

There shall be established a body corporate by the name of “Malaysian Timber Industry Board” which shall have perpetual succession and a common seal and power to acquire and hold movable and immovable property and to dispose thereof or otherwise deal therewith, and which may sue and be sued in its corporate name.
