Section 44
(1)
If any difficulty arises in connexion with the transitional provisions contained in this Part, the Minister may by order, subject to subsection (2), make such modifications therein as may appear to him necessary for preventing anomalies.
(2)
The Minister shall not exercise the powers conferred by subsection (1) after the expiration of two years from the appointed day.
