Grant or refusal of designated medical device permit

(1)
The Authority may, after considering the application for a designated medical device permit under section 28 and the additional information, particulars or document provided under section 29, grant the designated medical device permit for a prescribed period or refuse to grant the designated medical device permit.
(2)
A designated medical device permit granted under subsection (1) shall be subject to the payment of the prescribed fee within the prescribed period and such conditions as the Authority thinks fit to impose.
