Section 18

of Member Of The Administration And Members Of Dewan Undangan Negeri (Remuneration, Pension and Gratuities), Ordinance, 2013

Section 18

(2)

No period under paragraph (1) shall be taken into account for the purposes of these Regulations if a Member had been disqualified from being a member of either House of Parliament or if he had been granted his pension and gratuity for that period under any Federal law relating to pensions and gratuities for

Members of the Administration and Members of Parliament.
