Section 29
Goods in Class II of the classification of dangerous goods may be loaded or discharged from or onto a wharf or brought into any area if –
(a)
such goods, if for discharge, are given first discharge and removed immediately from the wharf and port area;
(b)
such goods, if for loading, are given last loading and are not brought on to any wharf or within the port area prior to readiness for shipment.
