Section 30
Goods in Classes III and IV of the classification of dangerous goods may be loaded or discharged from or onto a wharf or brought into any port area if –
(a)
such goods shall, upon discharge be removed immediately from the wharf;
(b)
such goods shall, if for shipment be loaded immediately the goods are brought alongside the vessel.
