Section 11

The Director, a licensing authority, a government surveyor and any person authorized by the Director or a licensing authority in that behalf may inspect any small ship to ensure that the provisions of the Ordinance and the subsidiary legislation made thereunder relating thereto and the conditions of her licence, have been complied with; and the Director and every such authority, surveyor and authorized person shall have all the powers of an inspector under the

Ordinance.
