Section 13

Any valid licence or certificate of registry issued under the Boats and Fisheries Ordinance [Cap. 16] or the

Shipping Ordinance Cap. 103] in respect of a small ship shall continue in force as a licence granted under the provisions of this regulation until the same shall expire.

FEES

The fees to be charged for the issue or renewal of licences (including the survey of the small ship) shall be –

Mechanically

Propelled Small

Ship

Non-Mechanically

Propelled Small Ship
