Section 39
(1)
No refuse or filth of any description may be thrown into the waters within port limits.
(2)
No dead body or carcase of any animal shall be thrown overboard within the limits of any port and any person offending against the provisions of this regulation shall be guilty of an offence and in addition shall be liable to pay any expense incurred in burying or otherwise disposing of the same.
