Section 41

No private buoy or mooring shall be laid in any port or harbour without the permission of the Director and in accordance with such condition as he may think fit and all such moorings and buoys shall be kept and maintained in good condition and in the correct position by the owners thereof at their own expense, and the Director or any Port Officer may inspect the same, and direct repairs or relaying or removal thereof.
