Section 155

Any person who –

Section 155

(a)

utilises any mineral for a commercial or industrial purpose; or

(b)

sells any mineral, obtained under a fossicking licence shall be guilty of an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding ten thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or to both.

Penalty for panning (dulang washing) without licence.
