Section 164

Any person who fails to comply with any lawful order or direction issued or given by any authorised officer in the execution of his functions under this Enactment shall be guilty of an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding five thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to both.
