(1)
The Director may at any time he deems necessary collectively suspend temporarily, for a period not exceeding sixty days, the rights of all holders of dulang licences to conduct panning. operations in any area.
(2)
The Director may, by notice in writing, revoke a dulang licence issued under section 28 if he is satisfied that the holder of the licence –
(a)
has breached any of the terms and conditions specified in the licence;
or
(b)
has contravened any of the provisions of this Enactment.
(3)
The decision of the Director to suspend or revoke a dulang licence under this section shall be final.
(4)
Where a dulang licence has been revoked under subsection (2), the holder of the licence shall forthwith surrender the licence to the Director.
