(1)
No person other than a natural person shall apply for an for individual mining licence.
(2)
An application for an individual mining licence shall be made to the Director in the prescribed form.
(3)
Upon receipt of an application under subsection (2), the Director may grant or refuse to grant such a licence with the approval of the Secretary of Natural Resources.
(4)
Where an application for an individual mining licence is granted, such licence shall be issued in Form C as set out in Schedule I, upon payment of the prescribed fee, and shall be subject to such terms and conditions as may be specified therein or as may be prescribed.
