Section 10

A prospecting permit or licence shall convey to the holder or licensee the right to destroy, cut or take from State land such timber and forest produce as may, in the opinion of the Conservator of Forests, be necessary for the proper pursuit of prospecting operations, including the construction of temporary housing, but no right to remove any such timber or forest produce from the licence area.
