Section 7
(1)
Every application for a licence or permit shall be in writing addressed to the
Director and shall contain the following particulars -
(a)
the position, approximate area and boundaries of the land in respect of which the application is made;
(b)
the metals or minerals for which it is proposed to prospect;
(c)
the extent of the area in respect of which the applicant desires the prior right to receive a lease.

(2)
Priority of application shall give no claim or priority of claim to a licence or permit.
