Section 21

Breach of any of the covenants and conditions described in section 18 shall render the lease liable to forfeiture, but no such forfeiture shall be enforced unless the lessee shall have failed to remedy any such breach within three months of the receipt of a notice in writing from the Director calling upon him to do so.
