Section 22

In any case in which a lease has become liable to forfeiture such forfeiture may be enforced notwithstanding the fact that rent may have been received in respect of the said lease, but, if the forfeiture is enforced, any rent received in respect of the year in which the forfeiture is enforced shall be repaid to the lessee.
