Section 377 of the Code is amended—

Section 53
(a)
in subsection (1)—
(i)
by inserting after the words “The Registrar may” the words “require the particulars of the person or body by whom the instrument or document was presented or delivered to be recorded and”; and
(ii)
by inserting after the words “mark any instrument”
the words “or document”;
(b)
in subsection (2), by inserting after the words “any such instrument” the words “or document”; and
(c)
by inserting after subsection (2) the following subsection:
“(3) The requirement under subsection (2) may also include any other method available to the Registrar.”.
