Section 61
Section 422 of the Code is amended by substituting for the words “not exceeding five thousand ringgit and, in default of payment of such fine, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years” the words “not exceeding five hundred thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years, or to both”.
