Subsection 323(2) of the Code is amended—

(a)
by inserting after the words “section 211” the words
“notwithstanding that the provisions dealt with dealings in alienated land,”; and
(b)
by inserting after the words “in the land or a particular interest only” the words “, and the last known address of the proprietor if the caveat is to be expressed to bind the land itself or an undivided share in the land”.
