Section 431a of the Code is amended—

(a)
by inserting after the words “the Registrar” the words
“or the Land Administrator,”;
(b)
by substituting for the word “direct” the word “cause”;
and
(c)
by deleting the words “or may cause the notice to be sent by post to the Official Administrator”.
