Section 74
Subsection 432(1) of the Code is amended—
(a)
by inserting after the words “the Registrar” the words
“or the Land Administrator”;
(b)
by substituting for the word “order” the words “cause the”; and
National Land Code (Amendment)
(c)
in subparagraph (1)(a)(ii)—
(i)
by substituting for the words “in a market” the words “a community hall”; and
(ii)
by inserting after the words “other public place”
the words “as he thinks fit”.
