Section 29

(1)
Any park officer not below the rank of a Park Warden may, by notice in writing, require the attendance before him for purposes of investigation at a time and place to be specified in such notice, of any person suspected of being concerned in an offence against this Ordinance or any regulations made hereunder.
(2)
If any such person refuses to attend as so required, the park officer may report the refusal to a Magistrate who may thereupon if he thinks fit, issue a summons or warrant to secure the attendance of that person as required by that notice.
