Section 33
Eviction from a national park or a nature reserve
of National Parks and Nature Reserves Ordinance, 1998

(1)
When any person is convicted of an offence against the provisions of this Ordinance, the court shall, if application is made to it in that behalf by or on behalf of the Controller, issue a warrant addressed to all police officers or park officers requiring them forthwith to evict or remove such person from the national park or the nature reserve in which the offence was committed, and to take possession on behalf of the Government, of all animals, plants, crops,

buildings, instruments, weapons, machines and any other property used in the commission of the offences and the persons to whom such warrant is addressed shall forthwith carry the same into execution.
(2)
An application under subsection (1) may be made without further process if made before the court recording a conviction adjourns but, if not so made, shall be made by summons before that court and the court shall make no further order unless proof of the service of such summons upon the person convicted is forthcoming.
