Section 43
(1)
Any act done or action taken prior to the commencement of this Act by the existing National Security Council established by the
Federal Government shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act and may accordingly be continued by the Council.
(2)
Any directive, order or decision made by the existing National
Security Council and in force immediately before the commencement of this Act shall, upon the commencement of this Act, so far as it is not inconsistent with this Act continue to remain in force until it is revoked by the Council.
