(2)
There shall be appointed Deputies Director General of National
Security and such number of other officers and servants from amongst the public officers as is considered necessary or expedient for the purposes of carrying out and giving effect to the provisions of this Act.

(3)
The Director General shall be responsible to the Council in the performance of his duties under this Act.
(4)
The Deputies Director General and such other officers and servants referred to in subsection (2) shall be subject to the general direction and supervision of the Director General.
