Section 25
A public officer or an officer or servant of a statutory body, or any other person shall be liable at any time to be served with a written notice by or on behalf of the Minister to serve as a trainer in

such capacity, at such place and on such date as may be specified in the notice.
(2)
A person served with a notice under subsection (1) shall comply with such notice and if he fails to do so he commits an offence under this Act.
(3)
Where a notice under subsection (1) has been served on any such person, the Minister may at any time cancel the notice and, if he thinks fit, cause to be served on such person a further notice under subsection (1).
