10. Revocation of appointment and resignation

(1)

The appointment of any member of the Institute appointed under paragraph 7(1)(a) or (j) may at any time be revoked by the Minister.

(2)

A member of the Institute may at any time resign his office by a written notice addressed to the Minister.
