8. Tenure of office

(1)

Subject to such conditions as may be specified in his instrument of appointment, a member of the Institute appointed under paragraph 7(1)(a) or (j) shall, unless he sooner resigns or vacates his office or his appointment is sooner revoked, hold office for a term not exceeding three years.

(2)

A member of the Institute appointed under paragraph 7(1)

(a)

or (j) shall be eligible for reappointment.
