Section 14
In these Rules, no person shall be compelled to marry if -

Section 14
(a)
the aggrieved party has applied for or has been awarded babas and denda malu; or
(b)
both parties to the betrothal mutually agree to a termination of the betrothal; or
(c)
in the opinion of the Court, the betrothal has irretrievably broken down.
Illicit intercourse by a betrothed person.
