Section 57
Any person who, without reasonable excuse, enters any house belonging to or in the lawful occupation of another immediately after attending any funeral ceremony commits a breach of native customary law and shall be liable -
(i)
to pay to the owner or occupier of such house sogit not exceeding 3 fowls; or
(ii)
in default thereof -
(a)
to a fine not exceeding 100 ringgit; or
(b)
to an imprisonment for a term not exceeding 1 week; or
(c)
to both fine and imprisonment.
