Section 30
(1)
An appeal to the appellate Court shall be brought by filling a notice of appeal in the subordinate Court appealed against which shall submit such notice to the appellate Court as soon as possible.
(2)
An appellant may appeal from the whole or any part of a decision and the notice of appeal shall state whether the whole or part only, and what part, of the decision is complained of.
(3)
A notice of appeal shall be in Form 11 or 12, as may be appropriate.
