Section 24
(1)
Every judgment after the trial shall be pronounced in open Court either immediately on the conclusion of the trial, or on some subsequent day of which due notice must be given to the parties.

(2)
Every written judgment of the Court shall be signed by the presiding District
Officer, District Chief or Native Chief, as the case may be, and shall be filed and kept in the
Court Registry.
(3)
The proper officer of the Court shall enter in the Cause Book in a minute of every judgment made by such Court.
