Section 32
(1)
A defendant may at any time ―
(a)
withdraw his defence or any part of it;
(b)
discontinue a counterclaim or withdraw any particular claim made by him therein against any or all of the parties against whom the counterclaim is made by giving a written notice to the Court.
(2)
A notice of discontinuance or withdrawal by the defendant shall be in Form 14.
