Section 35

Where on the hearing of any proceedings a person attends as Court witness of fact, or as a witness to produce a document, that person may be allowed as compensation for loss of time such sum as the Court thinks reasonable, but such sum shall not exceed the sum prescribed under Schedule II for a person of the class to which the witness or party belongs.
